Welcome to Coverage Wizard, Inc., an innovative platform designed to streamline insurance coverage audits (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) comprise a binding legal agreement between you and Coverage Wizard, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Coverage Wizard,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). By using the Coverage Wizard website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review this agreement carefully.
1. Overview
By accessing and using www.coveragewizard.com (the “Site”) or any affiliated domain or subdomain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Site or Services. These Terms also govern any actions or communications you make to us through our website or email.

Coverage Wizard grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal or business use. 4. Your Content
You may provide information or data (“User Content”) to Coverage Wizard through the Site. Coverage Wizard does not claim ownership of your User Content but may aggregate anonymized data for benchmarking, analytics, and reporting purposes without including any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). User Content will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.
5. Data Use and Privacy
No Customer Data Storage or Sharing: Coverage Wizard does not retain, use, or share any customer data from audits that contains PII. Only anonymized data is used for internal benchmarking, analysis, and reporting. This anonymized data cannot be linked back to any specific individual or client and is strictly used for performance analytics and improving our Services. 6. Electronic Communications
By using the Site, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. These may include notifications about discrepancies, system updates, and other important notices. You agree that all such communications satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing. You can withdraw consent for electronic communications by contacting us, though this may limit your ability to use our Services.
7. Electronic Signatures
Coverage Wizard enables the use of electronic signatures for document completion. By signing electronically, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any misrepresentations or inaccuracies may result in the denial of benefits or cancellation of coverage by insurance carriers.
8. User Conduct and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share them with others. You are responsible for any activity under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Coverage Wizard immediately. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any misuse or violation of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site or Services for unlawful activities, upload harmful content, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. Any violation of system security, including attempts to gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or reverse-engineer software, may result in criminal and/or civil liability.
10. Insurance Coverage
Coverage Wizard serves as an auditing and enrollment platform. We are not your insurance broker or carrier and make no representations or warranties regarding your coverage. You should verify coverage information with your insurance broker and carrier. We are not liable for any discrepancies between your enrollment data and carrier information.
11. Data Security
Coverage Wizard uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.
12. Subscription Fees
Coverage Wizard offers its Services on a subscription basis. Fees are outlined in your customer agreement and may be subject to change with a 30-day notice. Any unpaid subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
13. Termination and Cancellation
Coverage Wizard reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or Services for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 60 days’ notice after the initial one-year term. No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Coverage Wizard disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Coverage Wizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. No waiver of any term or condition will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or condition.
17. Force Majeure
Coverage Wizard will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, and failures of telecommunications or internet services.
18. Third-Party Services
Coverage Wizard may use third-party vendors to provide some aspects of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to Coverage Wizard’s use of third-party vendors and the sharing of anonymized data for benchmarking and analytics purposes. Coverage Wizard is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party vendors.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Coverage Wizard, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
20. Changes to the Terms
Coverage Wizard may modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will provide a notice via the Site or email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
